Here goes the first post…

I’ve started this blog to have one place to reference my finds on this journey. A place to collaborate with old and new friends. 46 years is knocking on the door and I thought by now I’d have life mastered. Haha…the joke is on me.

I have a wonderful “other half” I am engaged to, a fantastic 22 year old son from the first marriage who just transferred into University after doing his GE at a community college and the cutest flippin’ project dog on the planet. Life is good…but it could be better.

Better in that…I could eat better, I could exercise more, I could get outside more, I could nurture my family, friends and “other half” more. I could manage my time better…on and on.

(She shouts out loud.) Balance?… Balance?… Where are you?
